Prices, Terms of Sale and Service Suspension
PRICES AND TERMS OF SALE
The sale of Original Curreri's products on the website is governed exclusively by these General Contract Terms.
The prices displayed on the website for each product are expressed in Euros, include the applicable VAT pursuant to the law. They may be modified by Original Curreri at any time and without notice, notwithstanding the price charged to the Customer will be the one published on the product sheet at the time of the purchase order.
The total amount of the purchase order includes shipping costs through Italy. If the products are to be delivered to a foreign country (not Italy), the shipping costs and any taxes, duties, or fees required by the legislation of the destination country will be borne by the Customer.
Original Curreri will process the purchase order only after receiving the accounting documentation proving the full payment of the total amount due (consisting of the purchase price, shipping costs, and any additional costs, as indicated in the purchase order) from the Customer.
Original Curreri reserves the right to refuse purchase orders from Customers with pending disputes, even if not yet in the state of juridical proceedings.
The products offered on the website are limited and may be sold at discounted prices. However, their availability may be subject to change. Therefore, it is possible that the ordered product is no longer available after Original Curreri has registered the purchase order. In any case of unavailability of the ordered product, Original Curreri may reject the purchase order for lack of availability within and no later than 5 business days. The Customer will be promptly notified by email, and the purchase order will be canceled. If the payment had already been made, Original Curreri will refund the amount paid by the Customer, including the contribution to the order processing expenses and shipping costs, within thirty days from the day following the receipt of the purchase order. The amount of the refund will be communicated by email and, unless the Customer requests to be refunded through a voucher voucher spendable on the Original Curreri website, it will be credited through the same means of payment used by the Customer or by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the Customer. Original Curreri disclaims any responsibility for any delays in the crediting of the refund due to the bank or the type of credit card used for payment. In any case, the value date of the amount credited will be the same as the debit date.
SERVICE SUSPENSION.
- Original Curreri reserves the right to temporarily suspend, without any prior notice, the provision of online sales services on the website for the time required for necessary and/or appropriate and/or functional technical interventions to improve the quality of the services.
- Original Curreri may, at any time, interrupt the online sales services on the website if there are justified reasons of security or breaches of confidentiality, in which case the user will be notified.
