General Terms and Conditions

1.         INTRODUCTION AND DEFINITIONS.

The products purchased on the website www.curreristore.it are sold directly by Original G. Curreri S.r.l., with registered office in Via Aldo Moro, n. 17 (92019 Sciacca (AG) – Italy), registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Agrigento under no. REA AG-134367, VAT/Tax Code: 01940200841; PEC: originalcurreri@pec.it. originalcurreri@pec.it.

Original owns and manages the website www.originalcurreri.it.as well as being the Supplier-Manufacturer of the products sold online and provides an assistance service via email at the address shop@originalcurreri.it.

In the following General Contract Conditions, the definitions of the terms listed below apply:

Original Curreri = Original G. Curreri S.r.l.;

Web site = www.originalcurreri.com

Customer = the buyer of Original Products on the Website;

Product sheet = name of the item, its description, the quantities that can be purchased for each item and the purchase price.

Purchase order = when payment is received and relevant email is sent by Original to the customer's email address.

2.         CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS..

The Products purchased on the Original Curreri website will remain the property of Original Curreri until the full payment of the purchase price and expenses by the Customer. Original Curreri will promptly send the Customer confirmation of receipt of the purchase order.

Before submitting any purchase order, the Customer is required to carefully read these General Contract Conditions. By electronically submitting the purchase order, the Customer declares to have read and accepted these General Contract Conditions and undertakes to observe and respect them in relation to Original Curreri.
