Deliveries, Shipments, and Withdrawal

Shipments of the products purchased on the website will be handled by Original Curreri and at the customer's expense. The cost of shipping is included in the overall price of the product.

For shipments of products purchased on the website, Original Curreri will use the services of Poste Italiane S.p.A. The essential characteristics, methods, and delivery times are described below:

- Delivery mode: delivery to the customer's address as indicated in the order.

- Delivery times: 2 to 4 days.

- Delivery attempts: 2 delivery attempts, with the second attempt made on the next business day if the first delivery is unsuccessful.

- Delivery days and hours: Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and holidays. 

- Recipient absent: in case of unsuccessful delivery attempts, the courier will leave a notice with the details of the post office where the shipment will be held. The recipient can retrieve the shipment within the following 10 days, including Saturdays.

- Recipient refusal: the recipient can sign in the appropriate box on the waybill to refuse the delivery.

- Unidentifiable recipient: in case the recipient is unknown, the shipment will be held for 3 days at the SDA branch.

The delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to the customer at the specified address in the purchase order.

It is the recipient's responsibility to check the condition of the delivered product. Upon delivery of the products by the courier, the customer must verify the integrity of the package received and the correspondence of the number of packages with what is indicated in the transport document. If the package is significantly tampered with, the customer can refuse delivery, explicitly indicating “TAMPERED PACKAGE”. If the package shows signs of breakage, impact, tampering, or alteration, the customer can accept the package from the courier with “CHECK RESERVE”. If the merchandise inside the package is damaged, the customer must promptly notify Original Curreri's Customer Service by email at shop@originalcurreri.it. The communication must include a list of the damaged products, attach the courier's delivery receipt with the mention “ACCEPTED WITH CHECK RESERVE”, and, if possible, attach photographic evidence of the damaged material. If the package is accepted without “CHECK RESERVE”, it will not be possible to ascertain any liability of the courier, and the damaged goods cannot be returned to Original Curreri.

 

WITHDRAWAL

The customer who has purchased products on the website has the right to withdraw from the concluded contract without any penalty and without the obligation to specify the reason by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to Original G. Curreri S.r.l. at the address Via Aldo Moro, No. 17 (92019 Sciacca (AG) - Italy) within 10 working days from the date of receiving the products unless otherwise agreed between the parties, even resulting from a simple exchange of communications on the matter. The withdrawal letter can be sent in advance by email to shop@originalcurreri.it. It is understood that the withdrawal will be validly exercised only by timely sending the registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 10 days following the receipt of the product.

In case of withdrawal, within 10 working days from the date of receiving the products, the customer must also arrange, at their own expense, for the shipment of the purchased products properly packaged in their original packaging and accompanied by all possible accessories.

For any information regarding the return of the products, the customer must contact Original Curreri at the email address shop@originalcurreri.it. Original Curreri will arrange for the retrieval of the returned merchandise upon the customer's request. 

The effectiveness of the withdrawal is subject to the substantial integrity and non-alteration of the products returned by the customer. It is not required to insure the merchandise to be returned against theft and accidental transportation damage for the exercise of the right of withdrawal. However, since the risk related to such shipment falls on the customer-buyer, the parties acknowledge the opportunity for the customer intending to exercise the right of withdrawal to also insure the shipment, at their own expense, for the value indicated in the order confirmation email.

After the return of the product and after verifying the customer's compliance with the obligations regarding the integrity of the returned products, Original Curreri will proceed, as quickly as possible, with the refund of the amounts paid by the customer. The refund amount will be communicated via email and credited through the same payment method used for the purchase or via bank transfer. The date of value for the refunded amount will be the same as the charge. The customer retains the possibility to take advantage of ongoing commercial offers.
